And the only accounts allowed to interact in Facebook groups are personal accounts. So if you spend 5 minutes a day in your local community Facebook group answering questions, commenting on Homeowner problems, and being a valuable resource for the group, that is how you get new business from Facebook.

You may not like it, but that’s how the social media game works in Service Business marketing. Use a personal profile, not just a company one.
