Instant CRM entry: When a web form (Typeform, Gravity Forms, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.) is filled, Zapier auto-creates a contact in your CRM.
Immediate SMS/email confirmation: Sends a “Thanks for contacting us!” message within seconds.
Lead assignment notifications: Auto-notify the right salesperson or dispatcher in Slack, email, or text.
Source tracking: Tag leads by source (Google Ads, Facebook, Yelp) for marketing ROI analysis.
Auto-booking confirmations: When a job is booked in ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, send an SMS + calendar invite to the customer.
