Relentless Digital client Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric shared this screenshot of their Searchlight dashboard with us last week, and it’s one of the most perfect dashboards I’ve ever seen…

The team at Quality uses us at Relentless Digital for their marketing, and they use Searchlight for their revenue analytics.

A couple things to notice on this dashboard:

  • They can see both the potential and actual ROAS so that there is a reasonable, actual expectation of what kind of revenue to expect from their marketing spend.

  • Their booking rate is a RAW booking rate. Rather than go off an adjusted booking rate that is often inaccurately reported by CSRs, they simply go off the total booking rate of all calls. It’s a simpler reporting process. Lots of companies try to classify calls so that they’re only reporting on “qualified” calls, but this is usually just because companies want to see an 80-90% number in their booking rate column, not because the number is actually helpful to know. It also becomes a problem because CSRs make mistakes, or worse, feel pressured to lie on their numbers because of the high booking rate expectation.

  • Just look at that $5,000 average ticket! This is a company that has their processes dialed in.
