things you actually can control:

It’s the most important thing in your life and business…

THE PROCESS

You need goals and you need a vision, yes…

But process is the magic sauce.

The problem with being hyper-obsessed with your goals is that you really can’t control whether or not you hit them. There are tons of outside factors that can make your goals unreachable.

The thing you should be obsessed with is your inputs and process. You can’t force a customer to buy… but you can force yourself to follow the process and follow-up with them.

You can’t force the economy to grow… but you can force yourself to save money, pay people well, and build a resilient team.

Plenty of people have hit their “goals” by sheer luck. I mean… look at toilet paper companies in 2020! It’s not like the toilet paper industry suddenly started implementing genius marketing strategies and amazing processes that skyrocketed their growth! They got lucky, plain and simple. But they could have just as easily gotten unlucky.

That’s why it’s foolish to base your satisfaction with your work only on the results. They’re often completely out of your control.

But you can always control your personal discipline, your processes, and your attitude toward how things are going.

Some of the best entrepreneurs I know are the ones who DID NOT have a huge, multi-million dollar exit. Instead, they were present, disciplined, and generous to their employees. Their success has more to do with who they are than what they did.

This is even why we approach marketing differently at Relentless Digital…

It’s not just about growing your business or achieving record numbers. It’s about following a proven process and helping your company establish a trustworthy reputation that fuels long-term growth. And it turns out, if you stick to the process long enough… the results come.

If that’s a growth philosophy you can get behind, schedule a meeting with our team to learn more about partnering to grow your business:
