If you lost everything....

A few days ago I posted this question on Facebook:

If you lost your business today but kept all your knowledge, what’s the first thing you’d do tomorrow?

The comments section got a little crazy…

Some comments were funny:

  • Open a consulting business called “what not to do” lol

  • Be a Walmart greeter

  • Start streaming my whole life and charge local business owners for sponsorships slots

But there were some legitimately great pieces of advice:

  • Outbound. Whatever it takes to get a truck in the driveway

  • Set up my social profiles, build my website and pick up the phone

  • Find something else in trend that’s high ticket and start hammering the phones. 500 cold calls a day, get the process perfected, use the first money I make from that to hire another cold caller, once their ramped hire another one, and keep building the outbound team. Make the first guy a manager so I can step back and work on other avenues

  • Go hit the gym and do a 75 hard, while in that 75 days spend quality time with my wife, kids, close business friends, go back and review everything that led my business to failure and put it all on paper and create a system that’s bulletproof to the reasons why my company failed. Invest into a 2-3 truck hvac company.Find a good marketing team and go over my plans and see if we are all on one coordinate and ATTACK

My personal favorite though:

“Have you build out my new site!”
