1. Easy Navigation - if navigating your website feels like finding your way through a complicated maze, we have a problem.

2. Visible Contact Info - your phone number should be at the top of every page and the contact form should be easy to find. Your website shouldn’t feel like the customer swiped right on Tinder but you swiped left trying to avoid them.

3. Helpful Content - This is different from merely informational content. The content on your site should feel like a how-to manual for your customers, not just a sales brochure.
